Children’s Oasis Foundation
Children’s Oasis Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization whose MISSION is dedicated to providing support, education and hope to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We not only want to empower the autism community to live a life of purpose, but to also bridge the gap of including families impacted by ASD into the community as a whole.
At Oasis we enVISION a world that is neurodiverse and inclusive of individuals who are unique.

What is Autism?
Autism spectrum disorder or commonly referred to ASD is a developmental disorder that causes communication, social and behavior challenges. This condition typically surfaces in early childhood. Each person uniquely affected has different strengths and differences. ASD is one of the fasting growing developmental disorders in the United States. It occurs in all racial, ethnic and socioeconomic groups. According to the CDC, 1 in every 54 children have been identified with ASD. The rate of children being diagnosed has rapidly increased in the past 20 years.
